Team Yoga
Yoga will make you a stronger athlete and will allow you to train more mindfully and efficiently. Team Yoga is appropriate for all levels because we are able to suggest modifications in each pose. Before we begin each session we discuss with the athletes and tune in to what/how they are feeling each given day/week/session. Each session we work through a variety of poses that focus on specific areas of the body that each team utilizes more. Team Yoga focuses on alignment, breath work, and functional mobility to restore and inhibit injuries. Team Yoga includes specific methods developed for athletes.
