Emily Darling

My name is Emily Bowker Darling and I grew up in New Jersey. I spent my youth playing field hockey on travel club teams and participating in USA field hockey developmental programs. I continued my career at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. While playing as a Hoosier, our team was introduced too yoga during my sophomore year. I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Certification in the Spring of my Senior Year at Vibe Yoga Studio in Bloomington, IN.
Following the summer of 2014, I moved to Belfast, Northern Ireland to continue my field hockey career internationally and complete an MS in Sports Management at the University of Ulster. When I returned home to the NJ, I began working with teams and athletes right away. We are now affiliated with Rutgers University, Princeton University, The College of New Jersey, University of Maryland, The HUN School, and Baseball Warehouse.
